Please read and review Love Lash Artistry policies before booking. This allows me to inform and educate you about this personal service, what to expect, and how to care for your new lashes. Booking will automatically confirm you have agreed to policies!
Booking
To book please visit the booking site or contact us via text at 832-713-7543 Please book at least 1-2 weeks in advance availability is limited.
Love Lash Artistry requires a pre-payment retainer fee of $45 to book for all services in order to book, this amount goes towards your service. A credit card is required to hold in case there are late arrivals, missed appointments (no show), late schedule changes, or cancellations. Your booking retainer fee is non-refundable but can transfer one time only (when rescheduled before the 48 hours period). Balance is paid in cash.
Appointment Day

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are a first-time client, please aim to arrive with enough time so you can find my studio.

Please text me when are on your way and when you have arrived. Please wait in the 1st floor lobby until your appointment time. Feel free to use the restroom prior to your appointment.

Please arrive with clean lashes and no make-up around the eyes including eye lids, and under eye (mascara, eyeliner, shadow, concealer, eye cream etc) Squeaky clean lashes are important to ensure the glue bonds to the natural lash only and not makeup or dirt.

No guests or children due to safety reasons NO EXCEPTIONS

Please remove your contact lenses prior to your application.

Please silence your cell phone and send any messages you need to make before your appointments as your eyes will be closed.

Avoid caffeine & stimulants before your appointment, as it can make your eyes twitch and can also make it difficult to lie still during the application process.

Once lashing has begun, please make sure phones are silenced and keep movement to a minimum. We love getting to know our clients through conversation but if your eyes flutter or face moves, please consider using this time to take a nap or relax to avoid fumes getting exposed to your eye and causing the gel patches to slip up into your eye. Please let me know if you ever feel any sort of pain or discomfort.

Dress for comfort! I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. My studio is cold (68 degrees) feel free to bring a blanket or dress warm. During your full set appointment, you will be laying down for 3+ hours. Fills may take 2 hours depending on your fill. Lash fact: Each eye has about 90-150 lashes! This is a delicate service that cannot be rushed. I strive to provide you with the best set possible. Please schedule your time accordingly!

Feel free to bring headphones to listen to while I focus on giving you the best set of eyelashes.

Please keep your eyes closed during service for your safety. Be ready to relax and open your eyes to beautiful lashes!
Late Arrivals
All my appointments allow the appropriate amount of time I need to complete each service. Please note if you arrive late it limits my ability to get your lashes full as it takes away time from your appointment.
I understand things happen; please message me if you are running late.
If more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation and Schedule Changes
Your appointment is important to me and each appointment time is scheduled to be reserved just for you. I respectfully ask to be notified 48 hours in advance for cancellation or schedule changes. Example: Your appointment is Tuesday at 2 pm, you must notify me by Sunday at 1:59 pm at the latest. You are responsible for making any changes needed to avoid any policy violation charges. There are no exceptions to this policy. You can transfer your booking retainer fee one time and must be booked within a month. If you reschedule again, your deposit will be forfeited, and you would have to rebook with a new retainer fee.

Any cancellations, reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will have their deposit fee forfeited.

No show and same-day cancellations are
subject to a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Clients that have an unpaid cancellation fee balance will not be permitted to book any future appointments until balanced is paid. And will have to pay for services upfront moving forward.
Lash Fills
Lash extensions are not permanent. Your natural eyelashes have a growth cycle of their own at different rates and are naturally shed along with the lash extensions. You will need fills regularly to keep your lash extensions looking their best.
Fills are based strictly on time. It is your responsibility to come in for your fills according to your retention and the number of natural lashes you have. During the fill process, we will remove grown-out lashes, and place new extensions on your natural lashes working back and forth between both eyes.

Please select the appropriate fill service, the longer you go without filling the more grown out lashes you will have. We require a minimum of 50% percentage of lash extensions remaining per eye to qualify as a fill. Please come to your lash appointment on time with clean lashes to get the most out of your lash service.

Fills are required every 14-16 days depending on aftercare, lifestyle, and lash cycle. Things like oily skin, fast hair growth, oily face products, sleeping habits, hormonal imbalances, medications, working out/sweating a lot, being in a hot environment, etc. can affect your retention and cause you to shed faster than others.

Please do not book a fill if you have under 50% of lash extensions or you will be charged for a full set. Please understand I can only do what is possible in the scheduled time allowed. Please book ahead of time to avoid this. Thank you for understanding!
Sickness/
Family Emergencies
We understand sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment with as much notice as you can give. If you have a cough or sore/itchy throat we ask if you please reschedule as it will be difficult to lay still. If you arrive at your appointment sick you will be asked to reschedule and deposit will be forfeited. For the safety of my clients and myself, I cannot service you if you are sick.
Lash Hygiene
Lash hygiene is required. Your lashes should be washed with a proper lash cleanser daily. If you arrive at your appointment with an unhygienic lash line (oily lashes, buildup on the lash line, etc.), you will only receive one courtesy notice to adjust your at-home cleaning routine. Upon any future visits with uncleaned lashes, I will have to remove and apply a fresh new set at the rate of a full set plus removal. (Make-up should never be applied to lashes; if you arrive with make-up on your lashes, I will not be able to offer the courtesy notice, and removal plus a new set will be required.)
This is especially important, not only for the integrity of your natural lashes but also for the safety and prevention of infection. If you have any questions regarding aftercare, please reach out to me so we can avoid extra services and charges. Thank you all for understanding.
After care
Aftercare instructions:

Clean lashes daily with lash friendly cleanser to remove sweat, debris, makeup, etc. Always use light pressure, do not rub!

Allow your lashes to fully dry before brushing. Brush gently to avoid snagging on your extensions.

No pulling, rubbing, picking. This damages your natural lashes.

No mascara/lash curlers/falsies.

Stick to oil-free/water-based products.

Keep oily products away from your lashes. Oils break the bond from your lash extension causing them to fall out faster.

Stay away from high heat/hot steam.
-
Try to keep sweat away from your eyes and wash immediately after sweating.

Avoid sleeping with your face down or pushed up against the pillow. Lash extensions may so get snagged.

Book your fills every 14-16 days to keep your lash extensions looking their best.
Lash extensions are to be treated with care. If you cannot keep up with the aftercare of your lashes, lash extensions may not be the best option for you.
Patch Test
A patch test is available to those who have any concerns about any possible reaction to products used. Please message me so we may schedule a patch test. We will apply 2-3 lash extensions on each eye at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. This shall be at your own responsibility and at your sole discretion.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable. You are paying for our time and product which cannot be returned. However, I do want you to love your new eyelash extensions. Please notify me of any issues within 48 hours. Please be sure to follow proper aftercare. We are not responsible for issues due to improper aftercare. Please note, our eyelashes have different hair cycles at any given moment, it is normal to shed 2-5 lashes daily per eye
Refunds are also not issued in the event there is an allergic reaction. However, we will remove your extensions free of charge.
